REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to health regulations and hygiene concerns, the Federal Law prohibits us from accepting used human hair products. If the item is removed from its bundle and used in any visible way, all exchanges are null and voided.

Important! Our exchange policy must meet the following criteria to receive an exchange:

The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any
merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
If you want to exchange an item you will need to email use at LHDC365.INFO@GMAIL.COM.
We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition.

Custom color are not eligible for exchanges.

Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange.
To Exchange:
1. Items must be in its original condition as stated above
2. Ship back for exchange within 3 days of receipt

Exchanges are be shipped back to the address below at customers expense.
